Harriet Krijgh, the 25 year old Dutch-born and Vienna-trained cellist, makes her Festival debut with Haydn's rediscovered Concerto in C Major. Rounding out the program are lively and lyrical vignettes from Respighi's The Birds and the Festival premiere of Chadwick's complete Symphonic Sketches.
