This month's free Trellis public reading presents a new play, Ghosts of Freedom, devised by Sami Ismat, under the mentorship of Josh Sobel and Brett Neveu, assistant directed and staged managed by Lucy Schuh. Ghosts of Freedom'sensemble includes Robin Chaplik, Margo Chervony, Jake Drummond, Logan Hulick, Eddie Lynch, and Gloria Petrelli.

Ghosts of Freedom is a theatrical exploration of the war atrocities committed against people in Syria. This piece attempts to highlight the tragic as well as the absurd through different means of storytelling; presenting the lost voices and the absurdity of how we look at this tragedy from a distance.
This play is rated PG-13 and has a run time of 1 hour with no intermission.
