Waltzing Mechanics presents a free reading of#JusticeFor, by David Guiden as part of 2018 Documentary Play Festival.
Waltzing Mechanics' goal with the festival is to highlight some of the exceptional work being developed across the country in the realm of non-fiction theater. With each performance they will showcase selections from 8 plays that run the gamut in terms of style, subject matter, and source material. Each piece featured is between 10-20 minutes in length.

Justice For was born out of the rage felt when Guiden learned of yet another Black life fallen prey to the hands of a police officer. In a whirlwind, he dove into the mountains of news articles, video archives, and social media accounts to stitch together an arresting narrative that exposes a seemingly endless cycle of police violence against African Americans.
