One will rule. One will fall. Two women of power—Queen Elizabeth I of England and Mary, Queen of Scots—face off in a struggle for the faith of the nation in a new electric adaptation by Peter Oswald. The production is staged by acclaimed director Jenn Thompson, former artistic director of The Actors Company Theater (TACT), which was named “Company of the Year” by The Wall Street Journal during her tenure.
