Join us for another restorative evening of Just(Us) Dinners, a space intentionally created for Black community members to come together, share a nourishing meal, and engage in honest, healing-centered conversation.
This gathering will center the transformative power of stillness and breath. Our special guest—a gifted wellness practitioner rooted in community care—will guide us through gentle yoga and mindful breathing exercises designed to reconnect us to ourselves and to one another. As we move, breathe, and pause together, we’ll explore how these practices can become vital tools for resilience, grounding, and liberation in our everyday lives.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, this evening is for you. Come as you are, breathe deep, and be held in a space of restoration, reflection, and collective care.
Each 2 hour meal gathering will include a media moment to be engaged with and a guided conversation and reflection led by a clinical psychologist who will hold group therapy styled sessions over the meal.Only 45 Spots available so hurry and grab YOUR seat at the table!
